The Woodlands and Houston Senior Photo Shoot

I had the pleasure of doing Fatima’s older sister’s senior portraits a couple of years ago, and met Fatima during a subsequent family shoot. So I was thrilled when she contacted me to do her senior photos. Fatima is an artist and photographer herself, so this shoot was especially fun, as we got to bounce a lot of ideas around and talk shop during the shoot. We started off in The Woodlands to get some beautiful nature inspired shots, then traveled into Houston for something a little more urban.

The city of Houston has some amazing urban art walls. We had a plan in mind, but also found some places to shoot on the fly. Her look was very natural, and I loved her clothing for the shoot! Free People always has amazing, photo ready dresses and clothing. The orange dress was one of my absolute favorites!
